Musculoskeletal disease (MSD) consist of minor physical disabilities that effects muscles, bones and joints. MSD risk increased with age. Symptoms of MSD include:
- Muscular pain in wrist, knee, shoulder and back
- Swollen joint
Preventive measure can be taken to prevent MSD. Changes in lifestyle habits and take suitbale diet can help your bones, muscle and joint stronger.
