• Shake the dispenser or click Add solute to dissolve colourful crystals into the beaker of water.

🎯 Your Mission
Add solute until the solution reaches saturation and solid crystals form on the bottom, then make those crystals dissolve again without draining any liquid.
🌍 Real-World Connection
Salt pans use the sun to evaporate seawater, increasing salt concentration until crystals precipitate out to be harvested as table salt.
