The COVID-19 pandemic was a “perfect storm” of circumstances that (1) \(\underline{\hspace{2cm}}\) our collective mental health. The good news is we have all learned a lot about how to nurture our mental health in order to weather this storm. But now is not the time to reduce these practices! So, how do we manage?
Social distancing (2) \(\underline{\hspace{2cm}}\) mean social isolation. Isolating from others negatively (3) \(\underline{\hspace{2cm}}\) both your mental and physical health. While you may not always be able to connect with others in ways you did pre-COVID, this doesn’t mean you can’t connect. Find creative ways to connect with your family and friends on a daily basis. Virtual coffee hours, sharing lunch at the park or evening walks around the neighborhood are all great ways to keep (4) \(\underline{\hspace{2cm}}\) with those you care about.
